MINUTES <br />Regular meetings of the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Successor Agency of the former <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon <br />Street, on December 7, 2021 at 5 00 P M <br />Present <br />Staff <br />Paul Barich, Mayor <br />Eddie Tejeda, Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Paul Foster, Council Member <br />Denise Davis, Council Member <br />Jenna Guzman -Lowery, Council Member <br />Charles M Duggan, Jr , City Manager, Dan McHugh, City Attorney, Jeanne <br />Donaldson, City Clerk, Carl Baker, Public Information Officer, Chris Catren, Police <br />Chief, Danielle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director, Chris Boatman, <br />Facilities and Community Services Director, Brian Desatnik, Development Services <br />Director, Jim Topoleski, Fire Chief, John Harris, Municipal Utilities and Engineering <br />Director, Don McCue, Library Director, Janice McConnell, Assistant City Manager <br />Mayor Barich called the meeting to order and offered those present the opportunity to provide <br />public comment on any item on the agenda for the closed session <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Andrew Christopherson, Head of Grove School, described the partnership the school has built <br />with the City over the last several years and their desire for a shared future vision The school <br />was looking for clarity when determining whose responsibility it was for the care of the <br />property Areas to be considered in the review included, increased traffic, security needs and <br />maintenance and repairs <br />LATE BREAKING ITEM <br />Council Member Foster reviewed the need to take immediate action to approve an agenda item <br />be added for Council's consideration related to the California Citizens Redistricting <br />Commission's proposed maps affecting Redlands for the State's Congressional and Legislative <br />Districts On motion of Council Member Foster, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Tejeda, the <br />City Council, unanimously agreed to add the "late breaking" item to the agenda for discussion, <br />under Communications, as Agenda Item J-4 <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />CC_SA_December 7, 2021 <br />Page 1 <br />
