FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A PRIVATE PROJECT <br />This fourth amendment ("Fourth Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of <br />Professional Environmental Consulting Services ("Agreement") dated January 7, 2020 by and <br />between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Kimley-Horn ("Consultant"), <br />is made and entered into this 31st day of December, 2021 <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement <br />to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2022 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows <br />AGREEMENT <br />Section 1.
