BOOI(6702 PA1E27 <br />Minutes of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County acting <br />as ex-officio Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County <br />Flood Control District <br />Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, acting as ex-officio Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino <br />County Flood Control District, held Monday., Augu.t 22 , 19.._. <br />XXxauoix <br />* * * * * <br />At this time Chief Engineer M. A. Nicholas is present and submits <br />for Oproval and execution, a Corporation Grant Deed with reference to <br />an exchange of properties with the City of Redlands involving 7.08 acres <br />of land, as needed for Zone 3, Santa Ana River and Plunge Creek Project, <br />and the Board approves execution of said deed by the following action. <br />On motion of Supervisor Mikesell, duly seconded by Supervisor <br />Smith, and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the subject matter of this resolution having been fully <br />considered and it appearing that the following action is proper and is <br />taken in the best public interest, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors <br />of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District that it authorizes <br />execution and granting of a Corporation Grant Deed drawn in favor of the <br />City of Redlands, involving the property which is fully described in said <br />Corporation Grant Deed dated August 22, 1966; and <br />BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board of Supervisors that <br />it authorizes execution of said instrument for and on behalf of the San <br />Bernardino County Flood Control District by the Chairman of this Board <br />of Supervisors. <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO ss. <br />I Martin Sponsler <br />, Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of the San Bernardino County Flood Control <br />District, San Bernardino, California, hereby certify the foregoing to be a full, true and correct copy of the action taken <br />by said district Board of Supervisors, by unanimous vote of the members present, as the same appears in the Official <br />Minutes of said Board at its meeting of <br />Dated: August 30, 1966 <br />14-836-10 <br />12-60-5M <br />August 22, 1966 <br />Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino <br />County Flood Control District, San Bernardino County, <br />California.
