Catren <br />(909)798-7661 <br />09-28-2022 through 06-30-2027 <br />Fee per Service <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />AGREEMENT FOR USE OF <br />SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SHERIFF/CORONER/PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR <br />WEAPONS FIRING RANGE FACILITIES <br />WHEREAS, the County, through the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator, hereinafter referred to as "Sheriff', <br />operates a Weapons Firing Range (Range), a Live Fire House (LFH), a Tactical Training House (TACH); and a <br />Chemical Agents Facility (CAF) located at the Frank Bland Regional Training Center (Training Center); AND <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to enter into an Agreement for the use of said Range for the purpose of <br />firearms training; or of said CAF for periodic chemical agent (tear gas) training; or of said LFH and/or TACH for <br />the purpose of periodic firearms qualification shoots and/or firearms training; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A.1 The Contractor shall make use of the Range, CAF, LFH, or TACH at approximately quarterly <br />intervals during each contractual year. Contractor shall be provided access to the Range as many <br />times as required to ensure that all Contractor's law enforcement personnel and/or students have <br />successfully completed qualifying shoots and/or training sessions. Use of the Range shall take <br />place during normal Range operating hours, at times and dates specified by the Sheriffs Range <br />Master and/or Range Safety Officer. Available Range facilities shall include, but are not limited to, <br />the following: pistol range, rifle range, and classroom facilities. <br />Standard Contract Page 'ors <br />
