NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. As adopted and <br />certified by City Council Resolution No. 8399, the Draft and Final Environmental impact Report for <br />the proposed project, including Zone Change No. 475, have been prepared in compliance with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to applicable sections of Articles 7, 8, 9 <br />and 10 of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />SECTION 2. APPROVAL OF ZONE CHANGE NO. 475. The City Council of the City <br />of Redlands hereby adopts Zone Change No. 475 for the Transit Villages Specific Plan (Specific <br />Plan No. 65) project area, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The residential neighborhood <br />along N. Center Street and westerly of N. Center Street, between W. State Street and Pine <br />Avenue, and to the cast and south of Redlands Adventist Academy shall be changed to <br />"Neighborhood General 2" on the Regulating Plan. <br />SECTION 3. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the <br />Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this <br />ordinance shall take effect as provided by law. <br />Paul T.
