Resolution No. 5814 - Traffic - On motion of Councilmember George, seconded <br />by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 5814, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands <br />establishing the following traffic regulations pursuant to Title 10 of the <br />Redlands Municipal Code: extend the bus stop zone on eastbound Redlands <br />Boulevard, east of Sixth Street, and on northbound University Street, north of <br />Colton Avenue. <br />Agreement - Solid Waste Management Services - On motion of Councilmember <br />George, seconded by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously <br />authorize an agreement to furnish Solid Waste Management Services for the <br />Municipal Utilities Department with John C. Davis. <br />Funds - Election Services - On motion of Councilmember George, seconded by <br />Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously approved an <br />additional appropriation from the General Fund in the amount of $12,323.91 to <br />pay an invoice from Richards, Watson & Gershon for legal services rendered <br />regarding the ballot argument against the paramedic special tax which was <br />submitted by William E. Cunningham. <br />Change Order - Hillside Memorial Park - On motion of Councilmember George, <br />seconded by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously <br />approved Change Order No. 1 for the Hillside Memorial Park Sprinkler <br />Improvements project. <br />'''tmployment Agreement - City Manager - On motion of Councilmember <br />George, seconded by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously <br />approved an amended employment agreement with City Manager John <br />Davidson reflecting a new employment date of December 11, 2000. <br />M.O.U. - General Employees - On motion of Councilmember George, seconded <br />by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously ratified a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U.) covering the period May 1, 2000, <br />through June 30, 2003, with the General Employees Association of Redlands. <br />M.O.U. - Management Employees - On motion of Councilmember George, <br />seconded by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously ratified a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U.) covering the period May 1, 2000, <br />through June 30, 2002, with the Redlands Association of Management <br />Employees. <br />Resolution No. 5819 - Salary - On motion of Councilmember George, seconded <br />by Councilmember Freedman, the City Council unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 5819, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands <br />establishing a salary schedule and compensation plan for City employees and <br />rescinding Resolution No. 5788. This resolution reflects the salary increases for <br />the General and Management employee units of representation which were <br />November 21, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br />
