Xerox has provided funds ("Buyout Funds") to Client under this Agreement to retire the debt on Client's <br />existing lease obligations. A Monthly Buyout Funds Payment Amount of $ 93.00 is included in the Monthly <br />Minimum Charge for each remaining month of the Agreement, until the Buyout Funds are paid in full. Should <br />this Agreement be terminated before the expiration of its term for any reason, Client agrees to pay to Xerox, in <br />addition to any defined Early Termination Charges or monthly equipment component charges, an amount equal <br />to the remaining principal balance of the Buyout Funds provided by Xerox, less any future, unearned interest. <br />6. Except as specified in this Amendment, the Agreement shall remain as stated.
