Each month you will receive an invoice for the Monthly Minimum Charge. The number of "Impressions <br />Included in Minimum" will count towards a Quarterly Minimum Volume (calculated as three times the <br />Impressions Included in Minimum). At the end of each "Quarterly Period" (defined as the three <br />consecutive months beginning in January, April, June and October) Xerox will invoice you for <br />impressions produced in excess of the Quarterly Minimum Volume at the charge per impression set <br />forth in the Agreement. In the event that the total number of impressions produced in a quarter is less <br />than the Quarterly Minimum Volume, you agree to pay the Quarterly Minimum Volume.
