INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF REDLANDS AND YMCA OF THE EAST VALLEY <br />Amendment 1: <br />Effective this 7th day of May, 2002, the Independent Contractor Agreement between the City <br />of Redlands and YMCA of the East Valley (dated April 2, 2002) shall be amended as follows: <br />Section 2. C. Compensation As compensation for providing services and rent, City shall pay <br />Contractor the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($78,530).
