AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment is made and entered into this 19th day of November, 2002 by and between <br />the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City") and Ultra -Safe Security <br />Specialists, a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"). <br />WHERE -AS, under the terms of the Agreement to Furnish Professional Consultino, Services <br />between the City and Consultant dated Mky 7, 2002, the Consultant agreed to install, on behalf of <br />the City, a security system at the Redlands Municipal Airport (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend the Agreement by upgrading <br />the access control system and the surveillance system at the Redlands Municipal Airport for the total <br />cost not to exceed $28,891.75; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed to by and between the parties that the May 7, <br />2002 Agreement shall be amended as follows: <br />1. Subparagraph 2.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to include the additional <br />services described in Exhibit "A." <br />2. Subparagraph 5.1 ofthe Agreement is hereby amended to increase the compensation <br />for the services to be performed by Consultant to an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty - <br />Three Thousand Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents (S 13 )3,409.75). <br />3. Except as amended herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />IN, WITNESS WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of the City and Consultant have <br />signed in confirmation of this Agreement. <br />City of Redlands <br />Karl N.
