AGREEMENT <br />The parties to this agreement of employment are Mrs. <br />Myrna Cunningham, hereinafter called "employee" and the City <br />of Redlands, hereinafter called "employer". <br />I. Employer agrees to perform as follows: <br />1. To provide living quarters and utilities with- <br />out cost for employee in the apartment house owned by employer <br />at 28 Grant Street in the City of Redlands or in lieu thereof <br />a monthly payment for services performed under this contract <br />may be made by the employer to the employee at the rate of <br />eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per month. Part of a month will <br />be prorated. <br />2. To extend workman's compensation insurance <br />coverage to employee. <br />3. To issue a warrant each month payable to the <br />employee to the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), for expenses <br />of various and sundry items the employee deems necessary to <br />perform her duties. <br />II. Employee agrees to perform as follows: <br />1. To manage the following apartment houses and <br />homes owned by employer in the City of Redlands: See attached <br />Exhibit A. <br />2. Supervise and make certain such minor repairs <br />are made within the apartment houses and homes specified as <br />the employer shall require. Material and labor required will <br />be furnished by employer. <br />
