THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />This third amendment ("Third Amendment") to the agreement for Engineering services <br />related to the Live Oak Canyon Creek and Oakmont Park Restoration Project dated October 15, <br />2019 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and <br />Huitt-Zollars, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 3rd day <br />of October, 2023. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement, <br />specifically to extend the contract term to April 30, 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows: <br />AMENDMENT <br />Section 1. Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be through April 30, 2024, unless terminated earlier <br />as provided herein." <br />Section 2.
