RESOLUTION NO. 8527 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING HOMELESS RESOURCE SERVICE AGREEMENTS FUNDED THOUGH ENCAMPMENT RESOLUTIONS FUNDING GRANT WHEREAS, The City of Redlands ("City") was awarded $4,529,069 in grant funds through the Encampment Resolution Funding Program ("ERF") as administered by the California Interagency Council on Homelessness ("Cal ICH") to fund the proposal put forth by the City; and WHEREAS, The City identified numerous partners in the proposal for EFR funds to provide the resources, staffing, and capacity needed to service the population of unsheltered homeless within the City; and WHEREAS, The City seeks to enter into agreements with these pre -identified partners to provide outreach, shelter, housing, and employment services to the target population through the use of the ERF grant funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS: Sectionl. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with The Redlands Chamber of Commerce in the amount of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to provide employment services. Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with Family Service Association of Redlands in the amount of one million nine thousand four hundred eighty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($1,009,487.50) to provide rapid rehousing services. Section 3. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with Goodwill Industries of Southern California in the amount of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to provide employment services. Section 4. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with The Salvation Army in the amount of one million nine thousand four hundred eighty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($1,009,487.50) to provide rapid rehousing services. Section 5. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with The Salvation Army in the amount of two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000.00) to provide outreach services. Section 6. The City Council hereby approves the Homeless Resource Service Agreement with The Salvation Army in the amount of one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000.00) to provide temporary shelter beds. Section 7.
