SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for professional <br />engineering services for the Hinkley Water Treatment Plant Sludge Press Engineering Project <br />("Agreement"), dated April 19, 2022, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal <br />corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Dudek, a California corporation ("Consultant"), <br />is made and entered into this 19th day of December, 2023. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement, <br />specifically to extend the date for termination of the Services to June 30th, 2024; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performances of Services," is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by June 30, 2024, unless the Services are <br />terminated earlier as provided for herein." <br />Section 2.
