EXHIBIT "A"
SCOPE OF SERVICES
MONTHLY ROUTINE
Monthly Operational Trend Analysis and Reporting
The WWTF's operational status depends on various factors, including weather, pressure, and
equipment operations. Recent City improvements, such as a treatment skid, aim to prioritize
using raw digester gas for boilers to save on natural gas costs. Monthly data reviews by LFG Eng
help establish ideal baselines, identify issues, and fine-tune the system, contributing to cost
savings and efficient operations.
AS NEEDED NON -ROUTINE
On -Call Engineering and Field Support
The LFG Eng team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to any call out or
support issues. Our team of engineers and field staff will be able to provide on -call engineering
and troubleshooting support for all aspects of the WWTF operations. This includes, but is not
limited to, the following items:
• Flare troubleshooting (blowers, thermocouple, UV Scanners, flame arrestor, safety
shutdown valves)
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) modifications (update to existing logic or additions of
new parameters)
• Actuator Valve operations (controlling flow of DG to Flare)
• Treatment Skid operations (treatment vessels, blower, meters, and valve)
• Pressure Relief Systems for the Digesters
• Sensor/ Instrumentation troubleshooting (Flow meters, pressure, or temperature
transmitters, etc.)
• Permitting and Compliance (interface with regulatory agencies, completion of any
necessary forms or reporting)
Projects
• Flare VFD Upgrade
o Move existing equipment to new bucket. Install new VFD for 2nd blower to have true
back up.
• Sensaphone Installation
o Enable phone and text call outs and confirmations from combined flare alarms.
• New Flare Design Assistance
o As needed engineering support for the new flare design or permitting.
• Finalize Design Set for Low Spot / Bypass project
o Update and finalize tie-in location/sump details
• Quality Control Framework for New Flare & Condensate Management System
o Set clear quality standards for the new flare and condensate management system.
o Conduct thorough reviews of design documentation to identify and address issues.
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
o Assess current SCADA system functionality and limitations.
EXHIBIT "B"
7
I:\cmo\Agreements\Landfill Gas Engineering Inc.
