ORDINANCE NO.101 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE Pc. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, <br />BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MASTEF. PLAN. <br />Tho City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: <br />SE(!TION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the Olty of <br />Redlands, be and is hereby amended by adopting Arendment No. 1 to the <br />Master Plan, providing as follos: <br />That Fifth Avenue shall be designated as <br />Street. <br />That Redlands Street shall be designated <br />Highway. <br />That the map entitled "Amerdment No. 1 to the Master Plan <br />of the City of Redlands", epproved on the 25th day of <br />March, 1958 by the Planning Commission and adopted by the <br />City Council following a public hearing on the AL day <br />°f _Alma 1953 shall be incorporated in tEelaster <br />Pian of the Tilty of Redlands, on ffle in the office of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: Before adopting this Ordinance, the City Council <br />held a public hearing, notice of which wes published in the City of <br />Redlands on the_almAay 18, J2 days beffore the <br />hearing. <br />a Collector <br />a Secondary <br />SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect <br />as provided by law. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance and cause the sae to b -published once in the Redlands <br />Daily Facts, a newspaper of general , ronlation printed and published in <br />this City. <br />ATTEST <br />Trity CJexk <br />APPROVED FOR FORM: <br />City Attorney <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted <br />by the City Council of the City of Redlands, at a regtlar meeting <br />thereof, held on the day , 19581 by the <br />following vote; <br />ayor 01 <br />E Civy of Re lands, athornia <br />Councilmen Ward, Aartinez, Burroughs, Parker a d )byor Wilson <br />None <br />None <br />
