He offered the public an opportunity to provide <br />comment on any item on the agenda for the closed session. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Open Government - Steve Rogers referenced his comments made during the last City Council <br />meeting and reiterated he was not satisfied with the City's response to his request to remove <br />restrictions placed on his interactions with City staff. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />Conference with legal counsel: Existing Litigation - Government Code §54956.9(d)(1) <br />(City Attorney Garcia) Five Cases: <br />a.
