NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectionl . The City Council hereby approves the Annual Report of Development Impact Fees <br />for the year ended June 30, 2024. <br />Section 2. The City Council finds and determines that with respect to development impact <br />fees remaining unexpended or uncormnitted in their respective accounts, for five (5) or more years <br />after deposit of the fee, as follows: <br />A. New development in the City will continue to generate additional demands on public <br />facilities throughout the City, and will contribute to the impact upon existing public facilities. <br />B. There is reasonable relationship between the fees' uses and the types of development <br />for which the fees are charged, as these reasonable relationships are described in more detail in the <br />City's Development Impact Fee studies and improvement master plans. <br />C. There is a reasonable relationship between the need for the public facility and the type <br />of development project upon which the fee is imposed. <br />D. The fees expected to be generated by new development will not exceed the costs for <br />construction of the public facilities identified in the City's improvement master plans and as set forth <br />in the Developer Impact Fee study. <br />E. That the Annual Report identifies all sources and amounts of funding anticipated to <br />complete financing for any incomplete improvements. <br />F.
