<br />Ecology Center Agreement for Market Match Program <br /> <br /> On motion of Council Member Paul Barich, seconded by Council Member Denise Davis, the <br />City Council unanimously determined, by roll call vote, that approval of the Agreement with <br />Ecology Center is exempt from environmental review in accordance with California <br />Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301, approved the Agreement for Services <br />with the Ecology Center to participate in their Market Match Program; approved an additional <br />appropriation of $2,432.25; and approved an in-kind service grant match of $5,616.91. <br /> Vote: 5 - 0 Passed <br /> <br />In-Kind Support The Run Through Redlands <br /> <br /> Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker introduced the request for in-kind <br />support in the amount of $46,544.32 related to The Run Through Redlands Event hosted by <br />the Kiwanis Club on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025. The request included temporary street <br />closures and authorization of the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event. <br />She clarified that a revision was made to the fiscal impact portion of the staff report to reflect <br />the correct costs associated with the event. As public comment, Dennis Bell said it appeared <br />to him that organizations requesting in-kind support were padding their numbers, and he <br />called for the City to provide a full accounting of the actual costs spent on each of the various <br />events. <br /> <br /> On motion of Council Member Eddie Tejeda, seconded by Council Member Paul Barich, the <br />City Council unanimously determined, by roll call vote, that authorization for the items <br />associated with the Run Through Redlands, hosted by the Kiwanis Club, on March 2nd, 2025 <br />are exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15311(c) of the State's guidelines <br />implementing the California Environmental Quality Act; authorized and approved the <br />expenditure of city resources and in-kind support in the amount of $46,544.32; approved the <br />temporary closure as detailed in the staff report; and approved the sale and consumption <br />of alcoholic beverages at the event held within Smiley Park. <br /> Vote: 5 - 0 Passed <br /> <br />PlanetBids Agreement eProcurement System <br /> <br /> On motion of Council Member Paul Barich, seconded by Council Member Denise Davis, the <br />City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, the Sole Source Agreement with <br />PlanetBids for an eProcurement System in the amount of $130,894.66 for 5 years. <br /> Vote: 5 - 0 Passed <br /> <br />ERP Software Optimization Consulting Services Agreement <br /> <br /> On motion of Council Member Paul Barich, seconded by Council Member Denise Davis, the <br />City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, the Agreement with SDI Presence LLC <br />for ERP Software Optimization Consulting Services in an amount not-to-exceed $236,230. <br />CC_February 4, 2025 <br />Page 5
