as needed and shall be provided by the Subrecipient in a timely manner. For final payment <br />request, Subrecipient shall submit an invoice once 80% of the initial payment has been <br />fully expended and any other required documentation that may be requested by the City. <br />5.3 Upon termination of Agreement, any unexpended funds shall be returned to the City within <br />15 days. If at any time during the term of the Agreement, Subrecipient determines or <br />anticipates unexpended finds will be present at termination, Subrecipient is to contact the <br />City in writing and coordinate possible reallocation of funds to ensure service goals of the <br />ERF-3-R Grant are met.
