Parcel designations in this description are the same as those described in the said Grant of Easement. All those portions of Lots 2, 3, and 4 Block 1 and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 6 of La Drew Subdivision in the County of San Bernardino, state of California, as per Map recorded in Book 12, Page 44 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County described as follows: Parcel B A strip of land 54.00 feet wide the centerline of which being described as follows: Commencing at the centerline intersection of Bryn Mawr Avenue and Redlands Boulevard, thence, along the centerline of Redlands Boulevard, N 89°27127" E a distance of 1531.00 feet, thence, N 0132'33" W a distance of 52.00 feet, to the northerly Right of Way line of Redlands Boulevard and the true point of beginning of the centerline of the strip to be described; thence continuing N 0032133" W a distance of 757.83 feet.
