FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE PROVISION OF CUSTODY SERVICES <br /> This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement dated May 19, 2015 (the <br /> "Agreerrient") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation("City"), and G4S Secure <br /> Solutions ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 21" day of June, 2016. <br /> .RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire ofCityand Consultant to arnend Article 5 (Payments to Consultant), <br /> of the Agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Section 1. Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payment to Consultant,"is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> -5.1 The total compensation of the consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed <br /> the amount of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($128,225) <br /> annually for the term of this Agreement. City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to <br /> the not to exceed amount based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit "C." Exhibit "C" is attached <br /> hereto and incorporate herein by reference." <br /> Section 2.
