SIXTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />The sixth amendment to the commercial lease agreement ("Lease") dated June 29, 2012, <br />by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and Dill Lumber <br />Company, a California corporation ("Lessee") is made and entered into this 15th day of May, <br />2018 ("Effective Date") City and Lessee are sometimes referred to herein as a "Party" and, <br />together, as the "Parties " <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, on June 29, 2012 the Parties entered into a Lease relating to a certain real <br />property more specifically described as the second floor office area located at the east end of the <br />Lessee's building commonly known as 1740 W Redlands Boulevard, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parties to amend their existing Lease, specifically <br />Section 3, to extend the term of the Lease by an additional one-year to June 30, 2019, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows <br />AGREEMENT <br />Section 1 Section 3 of the Lease is hereby amended to read as follows <br />The term of this Lease shall be for seven years commencing on July 1, 2012 and ending <br />on June 30, 2019, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided Rent commencing July 2018 <br />shall be $1800 per month <br />Section 2 All other term and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and <br />effect <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the P; <br />Agreement as of its Effective Date <br />CITY OF REDLANDS <br />Foster,Paul W • <br />ATTEST <br />nne Donaldson, City Clerk <br />1-Ica1djmlAgreementslStxth Amendment to Dill Lumber Lease Agreement.docx <br />.hent to Lease <br />
