ORDINANCE NO 2460 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING PLAN AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO 376 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain SECTION ONE Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Plamling Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as shown on Supplement Map No 376 attached hereto, aie hereby approved and adopted as part of the Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided foi Section 18 16 020 of the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands SECTION TWO This ordinance establishes pre-zoning of the Greenspot Amlexation area to A-1 (Agricultural) District and 0 (Open Space) District foi 460 acres located north and east of the existing City limits, west of Emerald Avenue, and south of Villers Street Request submitted by the City of Redlands Said change of zone is in conformity with the General Plan.
