1 2 3 ,Ae 7 3.0 12 13 14 15 is 17 is 19 20 21 22 23 24 9,15 20 27 28 29 30 31 32 08-SBd-10 - 30�9 o8 - 6119 AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF rrilE STATE IS TITLE TO CERTAIN TAX DEEDED PROPERTY� AS PROV-1DED BY DIVISION I, PART 6, CHAPTER B, OF THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THIS AGREEMENT, made the -- day of 1965, by and between the Board of Svpervisors of the Cou)--ity of' San Bernardino, and the State of Cal.iforllia., acting by and through the Department of Public Works, WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the real property siti.lated within the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, hereinafter set out in Exhibit "A" attached to and made a part hereof, has been deeded to the State of California for the nonpayment of taxes; and WHEREAS, the public interest and necessity require the acquisition of said real property by the State of California for and on behalf of the Department of Public Works, for a freeway in connection with Road 08-SBd-10 - 30.9; and WHEREAS, the selling price for said property as set forth in said Exhibit I'A" has been agreed upon between said Board of Supervisors and the State Controller and the governing body of the City In Which said property is located and the State Controller and the govern'Ing body of the City in which said property is located, have, in writing, immediately following the place for the execution of the agreement by the parties thereto, evidenced their agreemont to said selling price. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED: 1. That there shall be conveyed. to the State of California for and on behalf of the Department of Public Works, all or any portion of the property, described 'in aforesaid
