Auguste 1968, <br />is made and entered by and between THE CITY OF REDLANDb, hereinafter <br />called "CITY" and Arthur <br />hereinafter called "OWNER", as a Covenant Running With The Land. �Z <br />Recitals <br />1. Owner owns the real property situate in the County of <br />San Bernardino, state of California, described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter <br />referred to as "propertytl. <br />2. Owner desires to obtain a water connection to the Redlands <br />Domestic Water system. <br />FOR AND IN CONSIuERATION of the covenant contained herein, the <br />City and the Owner agree as follows: <br />1. Owner may make a connection to the Redlands Domestic Water <br />system subject to the terms, conditions, ana requirements oz all <br />ordinances, resolutions, rules, and rates adopted by the City, and <br />performance by Owner of the covenants herein. <br />2. Owner agrees that his property will be annexed to the City <br />of Redlands within two (2) years of the date of this agreement. As part ox this agreement, the Owner shall sign an annexa- <br />tion petition to be dated twenty-four (24) months after the date of <br />this agreement, and which annexation petition shall be recorded <br />
