FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for planning consulting <br />services for the ("Agreement") dated March 22, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a <br />municipal corporation ("City"), and Moule & Polyzoides Architects and Urbanists, Inc. <br />("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2022. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement <br />effective July 1, 2022, and to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2023. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services on the Effective Date of this <br />Agreement and complete the Services by June 30, 2023, unless the Services are terminated earlier <br />as provided for herein." <br />Section 2. Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br />substituted with a new Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein <br />as Attachment 1. <br />Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First <br />Amendment and in effect. <br />Section 4.
