MINUTES of a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in the <br />Civic Center Conference Room, Suite 200, 35 Cajon Street on February 2, 2001, <br />at 12:00 noon <br />PRESENT Pat Gilbreath, Mayor <br />Gary George, Mayor Pro Tem <br />John L. Freedman, Councilmember <br />Susan Peppler, Councilmember <br />Karl N. "Kasey" Haws, Councilmember <br />John Davidson, City Manager <br />Leslie E. Murad, II, Assistant City Attorney <br />ABSENT None <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />Mayor Gilbreath called the meeting to order and immediately recessed it to a <br />closed session to discuss the following: <br />Conference with legal counsel - Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />- City of Redlands v. County of San Bernardino and Majestic Realty <br />Company - Case Nos. SCV 33330, E293198, E021447, SCV 38504, and <br />SCVSS 60116 <br />- City of Redlands v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br />Santa Ana Region - Administrative proceedings <br />- Redlands Joint Venture LLC v. City of Redlands and Spring Pacific - <br />Case No. SCVSS 73615 <br />- County of San Bernardino v. City of Redlands and Spring Pacific - Case <br />No. SCVSS74079 <br />Following the closed session, it was reported the City Council accepted the <br />terms of an agreement with Majestic Realty Company, United Donut Hole <br />Owners Property Association (UDHOPA), and the County <br />and authorized the Mayor to sign the agreement on behalf <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Peppler, Haws; Mayor Gilbreath <br />NOES: Councilmembers George and Freedman <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None forthcoming. <br />of San Bernardino <br />of the City by the <br />Special Meeting <br />February 2, 2001 <br />Page 1 <br />
