<br /> Miss Sue Carlson addressed Council concerning the lights at the inter-
<br /> section of Orange and Citrus, which at present flash oxango and red after
<br /> business hours. Public Works Director John Shone explained that it is
<br /> 10 t necessary to require a complete stop in both directions since the
<br /> flashing lights are used only during the period when traffic is not heavy,
<br /> and traffic approaching the flashing red light is required to make a full
<br /> stop and yield to traffic approaching the yellow light,
<br /> Mrs. Eddy Myers, 923 Herald Street, informed Council of t.ra..:ti.c problems
<br /> at the intersections of Union & Sixth, Sun and Sixth, Union and Herald,
<br /> Tribune and Sun, and asked for ''yield" and ''stop'' signs. Councilman
