(Briefly describe the general terms of the contract) This agreement is between the County, County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone V-1 and' the City of Redlands regarding the provision of water, sewer and other services to the unincorporated area surrounded by Redlands and known as the "Donut Hole." The terms of the agreement provide that CSA 70 'EV-1 will purchase bulk water and sewer capacity from Redlands to provide retail service's to customers within the unincorporated area. The City will also provide police and fire services and the County will pay to the City of Redlands $25,000 in the first year of the agreement and an amount of sales and property tax generated by new development as specified in the agreement.
