B. The suns of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />($1, 500) upon completion of Contractor's work of supervising the <br />installation of recommended and approved revisions and improve- <br />ments of the fiscal procedures but not later than six months after <br />the acceptance of the report by the City, provided that the Contractor <br />shall have fully performed his obligations hereunder. It is contetr_- <br />plated that said supervision of the installation will require from four <br />to six months following acceptance of the Survey Report by the City. <br />C. Actual traveling expenses not to exceed in total <br />the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000). Such travling expenses <br />shall be paid upon presentation of Contractor's bill therefor at the <br />conclusion of each trip from his place of business. <br />2. The City shall provide the cooperation and assistance of all <br />of its officers and employees in the conduct of the survey and in the instal- <br />lation of said changes. <br />3. The City shall purchase and provide, at its own expense and <br />through regular purchasing channels, all forms, equipment, and clerical <br />work required by the Contractor for the installation of such changes and <br />improvements. <br />III. LEGAL RELATIONSHIP <br />Nothing herein shall be deemed to make either party the <br />- 3 - <br />
