AVIATION CONSULTANT RETAINER AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of <br />April, 1965, by and between CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA <br />hereinafter referred to as Airport Owner, and H. K. FRIEDLAND, <br />of Post Office Box 1001, Escondido, California, hereinafter <br />referred to as Consultant. <br />The parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. Consultant will render services to the Airport Owner <br />during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965. Services <br />rendered will be in connection with the REDLANDS MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT, REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA. <br />2. Basic work shall consist of a general aviation consulting <br />service and will include one full day's visit to the airport, <br />inspection of all facilities and review of maintenance and <br />operating problems. Consultant shall furnish written <br />recommendations concerning necessary maintenance work and shall <br />indicate the priority of the various items. The Consultant <br />will answer telephone questions as required by the staff of the <br />Airport Owner and will also answer a reasonable number of <br />written requests for information and advice. Consultant will <br />maintain liaison with the United States Federal Aviation <br />Agency and will attend meetings of other agencies and groups <br />which, in his opinion, will assist the interest of the Airport <br />Owner. Consultant will keep the Airport Owner informed of any <br />action that should be taken. <br />3. Consultant agrees to make his services available for <br />additional work beyond the scope of this Agreement, as requested <br />by the Airport Owner, at fees to be mutually agreed upon in <br />advance. <br />
