4. The basic retainer fee shall be $300. of which $150. <br />will be due and payable upon submission of the written <br />recommendations and $150. due and payable at the end of <br />the fiscal year. Fee for period April 1, 1965 to June <br />30, 1965 shall be $187.50, payable upon submission of <br />the written recommendations. <br />5.
