(c) Provide a detailed cost estimate of all phases of <br />contract work. <br />(d) Participate in the analysis of construction bids <br />received. <br />(e) Conduct a pre -job meeting between Lampman, City <br />officials, and the contractor. <br />(f) Attend all other necessary meetings. <br />(g) Conduct periodic construction inspections. <br />(h) Prepare all HUD reports required by the grant <br />provisions. <br />3. TIME. The parties recognize that time is of the essence <br />insofar as the work to be accomplished is concerned, and agree <br />that all work to be accomplished by Lampman pursuant hereto shall <br />be completed in accordance with the following schedule: <br />(a) All work required to produce plans and specifications <br />and detailed cost estimates so bids may be advertised for, <br />shall be completed by October 1, 1973. <br />(b) Target date for submission of bids by contractors <br />is established as November 15, 1973. Lampman's work on <br />construction bid analysis shall be completed within 30 days <br />after bids have been received. <br />(c) Lampman's construction inspections will continue <br />over the period allowed the contractor for construction. <br />(d) Lampman reports to HUD will continue over the period <br />of the agreement, with the final report, acceptable to HUD, <br />being made prior to May 15, 1974. <br />4_ PROJECT TEAM. The principal members of Lampman who will <br />work on this project are as follows: <br />(a) John Cyprien - Former Parks and Recreation Director <br />(b) Warren Turner - Landscape Architect <br />-2- <br />
