FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS_ Lampman will provide <br />the City with all necessary copies of plans and specifications <br />for bid purposes. City shall reimburse Lampman for all printing <br />charges involved at cost of required printing. <br />b. COMPENSATION. Compensation to Lampman for the total <br />services to be rendered pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br />$15,000. <br />Payment of said compensation shall be in accordance <br />with the following: <br />(a) One-third on completion of plans, etc. <br />(b) One-third on completion of bid evaluation, etc. <br />(c) One-third upon project acceptance by HUD. <br />7. TERMINATION. Either party hereto shall have the right <br />to terminate this Agreement upon giving a ten day written notice.. <br />of such termination to the other party. In the event of the <br />termination of this project in its entirety, the Director of <br />Public Works, based upon work accomplished by Lampman prior to <br />notice of such termination, shall determine the amounts of fees <br />to be paid to Lampman for such services based upon accepted park <br />planning practices, and such finding by the Director of Public <br />Works and approved by the City Council shall be final and con- <br />clusive as to the amount of such fee. Upon termination, all <br />completed work shall become the property of the City. <br />8. NOTICES. Notices pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br />given by United States Mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the <br />=n <br />
