On motion of Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, seconded by Council Member Denise Davis, the City <br />Council unanimously approved Resolution No 8264 to direct the deposit of land sale proceeds from the <br />sale of parcels adjacent to the Landfill and Wastewater Treatment Plant and additional appropriations <br />for transfers out of the Sewer and Solid Waste funds each in the amount of $21,701,115 to the General <br />Fund, as well as for revenue recognition in both Sewer and Solid Waste funds each in the amount of <br />$23,025,000 and in the General Fund of $43,402,230 <br />Vote. 5 - 0 Passed <br />COUNCIL MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES <br />Mayor Banch attended the Oktoberfest event, hosted by the Optimist Club, Coptober Community Fair, <br />sponsored by the Community Policing Unit and the Redlands Police Community Foundation, and he <br />enjoyed Dinner at the Grove, in support of the Family Service Association of Redlands <br />Mayor Pro Tem Tejeda was privileged to attend a special event in recognition of Hispanic Heritage <br />month He thanked Mario Saucedo and Common Vision Coalition, for hosting the North Redlands <br />History Day - Celebrating Mexican Independence Day The Police Department and A K Smiley <br />Library supported the event with Mayor Banch and Council Member Guzman -Lowery also present <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further action required the meeting adjourned at 7 30 P M The next regular meeting of <br />the City of Redlands City Council will be held on October 19, 2021 <br />SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDLANDS <br />Chairman Banch called the meeting to order and offered anyone present the opportunity to address the <br />Board on any subject, not already on the agenda, within the junsdiction of the Successor Agency <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None forthcoming <br />Minutes <br />On motion of Vice Chair Tejeda, seconded by Board Member Guzman -Lowery, the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of September 7, 2021 were unanimously approved <br />Vote 5 — 0 Passed <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7 31 <br />P M The next regular meeting of the Agency will be held on November 2, 2021 <br />CC_SA_October 5, 2021 <br />Page 7 <br />
