BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the People <br />Council, express their <br />George H Armacost for <br />more than two decades, <br />of the City of Redlands,through their City <br />deep-felt appreciation and hereby honor Dr. <br />his profound contributions to Redlands for <br />for his leadership in achieving interna- <br />tional academic and scholastic recognition for the University, <br />for his admirable personal qualities, his humanitarian values, <br />his Christian spirit, his ability to communicate a meaningful <br />educational philosophy for modern society, <br />character and charm that have endeared Dr. <br />City and the academic communities. <br />2.
