Highways Code and in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIID and Section 19 of <br />Article XVI of the California Constitution <br />Section 3 That the properties to be assessed for the installation, operation and <br />maintenance of the street lighting facilities shall be those properties located within the boundaries <br />of Street Lighting District No 1 <br />Section 4 That the properties to be assessed for the maintenance and operation of the <br />landscaping and improvements shall be those properties located within the boundaries of <br />Landscape Maintenance District No 1 <br />Section 5 That the proceedings for the continued levy of assessments within Street <br />Lighting District No 1 and Landscape Maintenance District No 1 shall be conducted in <br />accordance the with provisions of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code (the <br />Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) and in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIID, <br />and Section 19 of Article XVI, of the California Constitution <br />Section 6 That Redlands' Engineering Manager, Goutam Dobey, RCE No 75646, <br />having an office located at 35 Cajon Street, Suite 15A, Redlands, California, is hereby appointed <br />"Assessment Engineer" and shall have the authority conferred upon the Assessment Engineer by <br />the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 <br />Section 7.
