Amending Agreement for Field Survey / Plan Review <br />On motion of Council Member Mario Saucedo, seconded by Council Member Jenna <br />Guzman -Lowery, the City Council unanimously determined, by roll call vote, that approval <br />of this agreement amendment is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section <br />15061(b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality <br />Act; approved the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CASC <br />Engineering and Consulting, Inc., changing the name of the City's representative, and <br />extending the end term of the agreement from October 19, 2023 to October 19, 2024 with an <br />option to extend the agreement one additional year; and authorized an additional <br />appropriation of $57,415 from the General Fund unassigned fund balance to Development <br />Services FY 2023-24 Land Use Engineering Budget. <br />Vote: 4 - 0 Passed <br />Amending Agreement Software Licensing and Consulting Services <br />On motion of Council Member Mario Saucedo, seconded by Council Member Jenna <br />Guzman -Lowery, the City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, the First <br />Amendment to the Agreement with Liftoff, LLC for software licensing and consulting <br />services. <br />Vote: 4 - 0 Passed <br />Resolution No. 8494 Appropriations Limit for FY 2023-2024 <br />On motion of Council Member Mario Saucedo, seconded by Council Member Jenna <br />Guzman -Lowery, the City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, Resolution No. <br />8494 establishing a $158,949,814 appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 pursuant to <br />Article XIII B of the California Constitution. <br />Vote: 4 - 0 Passed <br />Cal-ID/Identix Maintenance Payment <br />On motion of Council Member Mario Saucedo, seconded by Council Member Jenna <br />Guzman -Lowery, the City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, the annual <br />payment to San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department (Cal-ID/Identix) in the amount of <br />$85,650 for Redlands Police Department's Fingerprint Identification Services. <br />Vote: 4 - 0 Passed <br />Resolution No. 8492 Investment of City Monies <br />On motion of Council Member Mario Saucedo, seconded by Council Member Jenna <br />Guzman -Lowery, the City Council unanimously approved, by roll call vote, Resolution No. <br />8492 authorizing the investment of City monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund and <br />Rescinding Resolution No. 8278. <br />CC_SA_July 5, 2023 <br />Page 5 <br />
