Through Highways and Special Stops. 677. Stopping Standing and Parking. 678, Stopping for Loading or Unloading Only. 679. Additional Parking Regulations. 680. Speed Zones. 681. Crosswalks. 682. Weight Limitations. 683. Weight Limits on Bridges. 684. Miscellaneous Provisions. 685. Penalties and Effect of Ordinance. Article 670 General Section 670.0 DEFINITION OF WORDS. Whenever in this ordinance the following terms are used, they shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them in this article. Section 670.1 VEHICLE CODE DEFINITIONS. Whenever any words or phrases used in this o:edinance are not defined herein, but are now defined in the Vehicle Code of the State of California, such definitions as now existing are incorporated herein and shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases as used in this ordinance as though set forth herein in full. Section 670.2 "ALLEYmeans a public thoroughfare, not exceeding thirty (30) feet in width for the use of pedestrians and/or vehicleE, which affords only a eecondary means of access to the abutting property. Section 670.3 "PARKWAY" means that portion of a street other than a roadway or a sidewalk. Section 670.4 "ARTICLE" shall mean an article of this ordinance, unless the article of some other ordinance or law ia indicated. Section 670.5 "CITY COUNCIL" shall mean the City Council of the City of Redlands. Section 670.6 "HOLIDAYS".
