� d ,t� <br />AGREEMENT FOR FURNISHING REPRESENTATION AT <br />REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT <br />REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA <br />Thi agreement made and entered into this ai ram' day <br />of , 1972, by and between the CITY OF REDLANDS, <br />a munic' 1 rporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred o as the "CITY", and Charles H. Ellsworth, 3548 21st <br />Street, Highland, California, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"CONTRACTOR". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />In consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars <br />($150.00) per month paid by the City to the Contractor the parties <br />hereto agree as follows: <br />Contractor agrees to act in the capacity of City of Redlands <br />Airport Representative at Redlands Municipal Airport, located at <br />Redlands, California, and furnish the following services in that <br />capacity: <br />1. Be available or on call at Redlands Municipal Airport, <br />during normal airport operating hours, to answer in- <br />quiries on airport operations and policy. <br />2. Generally observe airport traffic, both air and ground, <br />advising any violators of proper procedures. <br />3. Contact Director of Aviation, City of Redlands, in all <br />cases where further direction is needed. <br />4. Inspect runway, taxiway, airport lighting facilities <br />and city -owned tie -downs weekly. Perform minor main- <br />tenance on these items as required. Recommend to <br />Director of Aviation any major corrections or maintenance <br />needed. <br />5. Inspect daily the public lobby and restrooms for clean- <br />liness; check condition of lobby furniture and operation <br />and condition of vending machines. Take corrective <br />action necessary. <br />6. Attend all Airport Advisory Board meetings. <br />7. Recommend desirable Airport Capital Improvements to the <br />Director of Aviation. <br />orb <br />
