AGREEMENT <br />This agreement for professional services, dated and effective December 21., 1977 <br />is a contract between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Environnentai Systens <br />Research Inst-itute a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Consultants." <br />RECITALS <br />A. City desires to retain Consultants to render technical and professional <br />services for the preparation of a Growth Management Study for the City, <br />herein referred to as "Study." <br />B. Consultants are qualified to render the services desired by the City and <br />are ready and willing to service the City on the terms and conditions set <br />forth herein. <br />THEREFORE, CITY AND CONSULTANTS AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />A.
