Proclamation National Arts and Humanities Month <br />On motion of Council Member Paul Foster, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, the City <br />Council unanimously approved issuance of a Proclamation declaring October 2021, as National Arts <br />and Humanities Month in the City of Redlands <br />Vote 5 - 0 Passed <br />Policy Renewal Dental Insurance <br />On motion of Council Member Paul Foster, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, the City <br />Council unanimously approved a two-year policy renewal with California Dental Network providing <br />dental insurance coverage for City employees <br />Vote 5 - 0 Passed <br />Consulting Agreement Amendment <br />On motion of Council Member Paul Foster, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, the City <br />Council unanimously determined that approval of the First Amendment of the Agreement with <br />Huitt-Zollars, Inc for Live Oak Creek and Oakmont Park Restoration Project Engineering services is <br />exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the state's guidelines <br />implementing the California Environmental Quality Act, and approved the First Amendment of the <br />Professional Services Agreement with Huitt-Zollars, Inc for Live Oak Creek and Oakmont Part <br />Restoration Project Engineering services <br />Vote 5 - 0 Passed <br />Final Map Luxview Venue at Orange <br />Due to ownership of property within 500 feet of the proposed development, Council Member Davis <br />recused herself from this item <br />On motion of Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, seconded by Council Member Paul Foster, the City <br />Council unanimously approved Tract No 20244 Final Map prepared and submitted by Luxview Venue <br />at Orange, LLC <br />Vote 4 - 0 Passed <br />Other Council Member Denise Davis (RECUSE) <br />Emergency Repair Orange Street Sinkhole <br />On motion of Council Member Paul Foster, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Eddie Tejeda, the City <br />Council unanimously approved to receive and file the Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department <br />Emergency Procurement related to the repair of a large sinkhole on Orange Street, waived minor <br />irregularities m the emergency procurement process, and authonzed the City Manager to execute any <br />residual costs associated with this emergency <br />Vote 5 - 0 Passed <br />CC_SA_October 5, 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />
